MJM Systems specialise in software solutions to reduce the workload for school administration staff. Our flagship product is STOCKT, which helps reduce time to complete your school stocktake.

We are a small startup business with big ambitions.

MJM Systems is Michael Middleton.
I have extensive experience developing inventory management software. I am putting these skills to work to help solve some of the tedious time-consuming tasks that school administrative staff members are faced with every day. My aim is to provide high quality software based solutions to help automate these tasks.

Working closely with the department has allowed me to craft very specialised software that intergrates seamlessley with current workflow.

Important message to all STOCKT users. Microsoft has recently made changes to the default behaviour of Office applications to block macros in files that are downloaded from the internet. More information can be found here:

STOCKT V2.1 has been released to address a number of minor issues. Please always check on MJM Systems for the latest version of STOCKT before begining your stocktake.

STOCKT V2.0 has been released to address an issue that prevents items on the equipment register from showing on the progress report.

Equipment items without a 'Last Sight Year' would not show on the progress report. They can now be included by placing a check in the '9999' year box in the report filters.
